Gumshields

Teeth are the one part of the body that is least able to heal themselves. It makes sense to protect them with a custom made mouth guard when engaging in contact sports.

Custom made gumshields have several benefits including:

  • A better fit from an accurate impression of your mouth
  • Custom guards can be 2.5mm thicker giving more protection due to a higher shock absorption.
  • Breathing is not hindered
  • Custom guards will not move during activity
  • Speech is less impaired
  • Custom Mouth Guards are recommended by The British Dental Health foundation.

Designs can come in a variety of styles.
